By accessing or using XiuAI ("the Service"), operated by XiuAI ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

XiuAI provides XiuWork, an agent-native workspace for organizing channels, tasks, apps, and AI agent output. The Service is provided for collaboration, research, and work management.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

You may need to create an account through a third-party identity provider (such as Google OAuth or a XiuAI account). You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account.

5. AI Content

AI-generated content in the Service is provided for reference only. You should use your own judgment to determine whether AI output, reports, suggestions, and automation results are suitable for your work context, and you are responsible for your decisions and actions.

6. Risk Disclosure

AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. You should not use unreviewed AI output for high-risk, production, financial, legal, or security-related decisions. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any AI-generated content.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for fraud, abuse, or unauthorized automation
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or security measures
• Redistribute AI-generated content commercially without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by XiuAI and protected by intellectual property laws. AI-generated content within your workspace is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use only.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, XiuAI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

11. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
